Processing technology of aluminum window and door

  1. Aluminum Window and door profiles cutting

    The aluminum profiles cutting machinery mainly includes: single head mitre saw, CNC double head cutting machine, etc. Choose a reasonable profile cutting machine according to the pvc window production volume and investment scale.

The cutting of profiles is very important in the processing flow of aluminum alloy doors and windows. Whether the cutting process is standardized or not directly affects the accuracy of the cutting profile and the effect of the corner assembly process.

Accuracy requirements:

1) Repeated fixed length accuracy 0.2mm

2) Cutting angle tolerance ±5

3) Verticality of cutting surface 0.1mm

Analysis:

1) Excessive precision error of repeated fixed length will cause the misalignment of the corners of the assembly, which will affect the parallel accuracy and diagonal accuracy of the rear frame and fan of the assembly corner, thereby affecting the overlap of the frame fan during assembly.

2) Excessive cutting angle tolerance error will cause the inner and outer splayed seams of the corners of the group corners, and a large stress will accumulate after the corners, which will affect the use.

3) Excessive verticality error of the cutting surface will cause the corner seam of the corner of the group to be too large, and the flatness of the rear frame and fan of the group corner will be affected, resulting in failure to assemble qualified doors and windows.

2. corner joint profile Cutting

The cutting accuracy of the corner joint profile directly affects the effect of the corner assembly during the corner assembly process of aluminum alloy doors and windows.

Accuracy requirements:

1) Repeated fixed length accuracy 0.2mm

2) Verticality of cutting surface 0.1mm

Analysis:

1) Excessive accuracy of repeated length fixation will affect the fit gap between the corner code and the inner cavity of the profile, resulting in the dislocation or distortion of the corner high bottom after the corner assembly.

2) Excessive verticality error of the cutting surface will also cause dislocation or distortion of the corners behind the corners.

3. End face milling

End face milling machinery mainlt includes aluminum profile end milling machine, automatic combining end face milling mchine,etc.

The end face milling of the stile mainly lies in the cut to length of the stile and the roughness of the milling surface

Accuracy requirements:

1) Repeated fixed length accuracy 0.2mm

2) The roughness of the milling surface Ra12.5μm

Analysis:

1) Excessive error of repeated fixed length accuracy will affect the assembly accuracy of the stile (the whole window is deformed)

2) The roughness of the milling surface will affect the seam gap after the splicing of the frame

4. Water slot holes and air pressure balance holes milling

Water hole milling and driling machinery mainly includes single head routing machine, lock-hole drilling machine, cnc drilling and milling centers for aluminium profiles etc.

Aluminum alloy windows must have good water tightness. Water slot must be drilled on the doors and windows so that the accumulated water in the doors and windows can be drained outdoors; in order to ensure that rainwater can be drained smoothly in the drainage cavity, air pressure must be applied to the upper or vertical sides of the doors and windows Balance hole.

According to its position and function, the drainage hole and the air pressure balance hole can be divided into an inner drain hole and an outer drain hole, an inner air pressure balance hole and an outer air pressure balance hole. The specifications and dimensions of the drain hole and the air pressure balance hole are shown in Figure 1-6.

The size of the drain hole is generally Φ×L (5mm×30mm);

The size of the air pressure balance hole is generally Φ×L (4.5mm×30mm).

The recommended number and distribution of drainage holes are as follows

1. When the side length of the lower frame is less than or equal to 700mm, open an external drainage hole, the position is in the middle of the side length;

2. When the side length of the lower frame is 700~1800mm, open two external drainage holes, the position is 200mm at each end;

3. When the side length of the lower frame is 1800mm, open 3 external drainage holes, two of which are located at a distance of 200mm from both ends, and the third is located in the middle of the component.

Under normal circumstances, each external drainage hole should correspond to an internal drainage hole. For casement doors and windows and sliding doors and windows, due to the limitation of the production size, only one internal drainage hole and one external drainage hole need to be punched on the lower side member.

The number and distribution of drainage holes should depend on the climatic conditions and rainfall in the area. In areas with heavier rainfall, the number of drainage holes can be slightly larger, and the size can also be slightly larger.
