Descriptions

1. This single head aluminium copy router is used for milling lock holes, water slots, and hardware holes or wiring grooves of various holes on uPVC and aluminum window profiles.

2. The aluminum copy router machine equipped with a 1:1 ratio standard profiling template, which can quickly mill various keyholes, water holes and other shapes of hole grooves, and can also customize professional templates for special window making shaped holes.

3. When milling rectangular holes on the aluminium profiles, you can use the four positioning blocks of the router machine to set the size quickly.

4. The window profile is clamped pneumatically and controlled by a foot valve.

5. This single head aluminium copy router machine is equipped with a standard hole template which can be customized according to customer requirements.

6. When milling aluminium alloy profiles, it is necessary to spray the milling cutter with cooling system.
