1. This Tooth Opening and Strip Connecting Machine for aluminium profiles is mainly used to roll the aluminum profile on the inner surface of the heat insulation strip slot to increase the friction of the composite of the broken aluminum profile and the heat insulation strip. The aluminum shear force is greatly improved by opening the teeth in the slot of the profile through the high-speed operation of the cutter. It is equipped with a special clamping pneumatic device. The function of processing aluminum profile notch to cut teeth and wear heat insulation strips. The high-speed tooth cutter inserts the aluminum alloy profile into the notch of the heat insulation strip to open the teeth to improve the shearing force of the heat insulation strip and the aluminum alloy composite profile. It is one of the main equipment in the production of heat insulation aluminum alloy profiles.
