The CNC aluminum extrusion bending and forming machine has three sets of rotating rollers and two sets of profile support rollers (mechanical adjustment) and one set of spindle hydraulic feeding mechanisms; the equipment adopts photoelectric positioning and passes through rollers that match the profile section. Using the principle of three points to form a circle, automatically control the displacement of the intermediate roller (press roller) (in the Y-axis direction), so that the profile can be bending and forming once or multiple times (in the X-axis direction) between the 3 sets of rollers to the required Radius;
3. The professional forming program is adopted, and the section bending and forming can be automatically completed.
